We aim to provide excellent care and welcome all feedback. If something hasn’t met your expectations, please let us know so we can address it promptly.

Informal

  • Speak to your practitioner — many issues can be quickly resolved.

Formal

If you prefer to make a formal complaint, please submit it in writing by:

In person: Hand in a written complaint at the clinic.

 

 

What to Include

  • Your name and contact details
  • Details of your concern (dates, times, people involved)
  • Any supporting documents
  • The outcome you are hoping for (optional)

 

What Happens Next

  • Acknowledgement: Within 3 working days
  • Investigation: Conducted by the Clinic Manager or a senior staff member
  • Response: Written reply within 20 working days
    (we will update you if more time is needed)
  • Further Action: If you remain dissatisfied, you may request a review or contact a relevant external body.
